1. Who we are

Bella Vita Food Tours ([registered name, address and VAT number to be confirmed]) operates this website and sells cooking classes, guided tours and attraction tickets in Rome, Italy.

2. Bookings

A booking becomes a contract between you and Bella Vita once we confirm it. Confirmation depends on the experience: some are confirmed instantly after payment, others are confirmed within 24 hours after we check availability. The confirmation mode is shown on every experience page before you pay.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. The total is always calculated and validated on our server before payment — the price you are charged is the price confirmed at checkout.

3. Participants

Each experience lists its guest categories (for example adults, children and infants) with age ranges and prices. You are responsible for choosing the correct categories; we may adjust the price or refuse entry on site if participant ages do not match the booked categories.

4. Cancellations and changes by us

If we must cancel or materially change an experience (including for reasons beyond our control), you may choose a rescheduled date, another experience of equal value, or a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.

5. Behaviour and safety

Our kitchens and tours are guided environments. Participants must follow the instructions of our staff. We may end a participation where safety or the experience of other guests is at risk, without refund.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where limiting it would be unlawful. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

7. Governing law
